Blogging in the classroom

http://www.det.wa.edu.au/education/cmis/eval/curriculum/ict/weblogs/

This website breaks down blogging in simple English. On the website it breaks down all the catagories of using blogging as a personal learning network. The man on the website states on the website that Blogs as personal learning networks can change that and open you up to a whole new world of possibilities. At the same time, he introduced the concept of a personal learning network. Facilitated by blogs and RSS Feeds, the purpose of the PLN is professional development within your area of interest. This idea of building your own professional development network--where you find who you can learn from, ask questions of them, comment on their thoughts and links, and have them do the same for you--is one of the major benefits of blogging and podcasting. It is the art of conversation captured in digital format.

The second website I found was this one. It talks about supporting blogging. And also give a number of catagories including different class bloggs.
